To be eligible to ship under the SGSA contracts, you must be an importer/exporter of sporting goods, and/or related products (i.e., parts and accessories for these commodities) in accordance with the bylaws of the association.
To become a new customer of the SGSA, complete SGSA's Customer Application and New Customer Survey and send them to the address below, together with a check for $50.00 made payable to Sporting Goods Shippers Association
All information provided by your business or organization (application forms, etc.) will be treated as strictly confidential. Only the SGSA Executive Director will have access to your information.
